What this version collects
The preparation checklist stays in your browser only when you submit it to save your checklist. You can clear it at any time. It contains no floor plan, full address or payment information.
If you send a question, we store your name, email, selected service, question and the reply in a private Cloudflare-hosted database. We use this information to handle the question. Do not include sensitive documents, birth data or a full home address.
Who handles the information
STAYLUCK is the consulting practice operating this website. Use the private request page to communicate about your information. Cloudflare provides hosting and database infrastructure and may process technical connection data under its own policies. The final legal seller identity and paid-service terms will be published before purchases open.
Private access
Your request reference alone does not unlock a question. You also need the access code. Save it somewhere private. Anyone with both can access the request. We do not currently send automatic email notifications or provide automatic email-based recovery.
Retention and removal
Requests expire after 30 days and are no longer accessible. Expired records are removed during subsequent request creation or administrator access. You can delete your request from its private page sooner. Infrastructure backups may retain removed data according to the provider’s retention cycle.
Abuse prevention
We use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. It is not used for advertising. We do not use advertising trackers, sell your information or automatically add you to a mailing list. Basic connection logs may be processed by the hosting provider.
AI and future paid reports
Questions submitted in this version are not automatically sent to an AI model. A future paid-report workflow will explain any third-party AI processing and private document retention before those files are collected. The site currently accepts no plan uploads or card details.
Your choices
Use your private request page to read or delete what you sent. If you still have access, you can also make a data-related request through that channel. These explanations do not remove any rights available under applicable law.
